CDW Holding appoints Kato Tomonori as CEO
Kato is currently the company’s executive director and COO.

has appointed Kato Tomonori as chairman of the board and CEO effective January 1, 2024, replacing Yoshikawa Makoto who has resigned from the role.
Kato is currently the company’s executive director and COO. He joined the company’s SHARP LCD division in 2003 and was engaged in the business activities of packaging materials until 2008.
From 2011 to 2016, he was involved in backlight business activities and other moulded products business in two Chinese subsidiaries of the group. Since 2016, he was the executive officer and the head chief of display business division in Tomoike Industrial Co Limited. Concurrently, he was also serving as head of business division at group level, assisting in the overall management of the company’s subsidiaries.
Kato was subsequently appointed to his current role on April 30, 2018.
Shares in CDW closed at an unchanged 18.8 cents on Oct 31.
