MOSCOW, March 12 (Reuters) - An Il-76 cargo plane crashed in Russia's Ivanovo region on Tuesday, online news outlet Brief reported.
It was unclear if the plane was civilian or military, and how many people were on board.
Multiple videos and photographs of a falling aircraft circulated on Russian social networks.
