BS Capital unit acquires Premier Taxis

A unit of BS Capital acquires Premier Taxis

Carros Project Management, a privately held subsidiary of BS Capital Group says in a press release on Aug 5 that it has acquired 100% of Premier Corporation, also a privately held company that owns Premier Taxis.

Premier Taxis holds a Street-Hail Service Operator License (SSOL) and a Class 2 Ride-HailService Operator License (RSOL).

One of Carros Project Management’s signature projects is the Carros Centre, an eight-story automotive hub with a total build-up area of 2.3 million sq ft of space. Carros launched BIS Motoring, a motor vehicle leasing business, at the end of 2017. Currently, Carros Project Management operates a fleet of more than 1,000 private hiring vehicles (PHV). The acquisition of Premier Corp should strengthen Carros Project Management’s foothold in the automotive space, allowing it to expand its fleet and provide greater convenience to commuters, the press release says.

Raymond Ng, who owns BS Capital said, “As we emerge at the tail end of the pandemic, it’s important that we take steps well in advance so that we can best position ourselves to capitalize on any opportunities that arise. The acquisition of Premier Corporation comes at a time of renewed interest in travel and leisure activities.”
