Britain's Frasers divests Missguided IP to Shein
LONDON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Frasers Group, the sportswear and fashion retailer controlled by Mike Ashley, has divested the intellectual property of its Missguided business to China's Shein.
The deal will see Shein buy the IP and trademarks of Missguided, whilst Frasers will retain Missguided's real estate and employees which have now been integrated into Frasers' fashion division. (Reporting by James Davey; Editing by Kate Holton)
