Yahoo Finance Box to Box Taps Former Vice Media Exec Bea Hegedus as Chief Commercial Officer (EXCLUSIVE)
Transatlantic production company Box To Box Films has tapped former Vice Media exec Bea Hegedus as its new chief commercial officer.
Hegedus will begin the role in June, overseeing commercial aspects of the company’s operations, from marketing and brand partnerships to diversifying revenue streams and driving business growth. She will report to managing director Samantha Lawrence as well as working closely with co-founders James Gay-Rees and Paul Martin.

Hegedus, whose career in the industry spans 20 years, was previously Vice Media’s distribution chief, overseeing distribution and licensing as well as co-production and the launch of its FAST business. She was previously VP of global scripted content at ITV Studios and has also worked as head of television for Silver Reel and president of international distribution at Lionsgate’s unscripted arm.

Hegedus’ hiring comes on the heels of news that Box to Box tapped former Shine EP, Tom Hutchings in an executive producer role.
Based in London, Paris and Los Angeles, Box to Box are the indie behind hits including “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” fr Netflix, “Make or Break” for Apple TV+ and forthcoming Netflix series “Sprint.”
Earlier this year Bruin Capital made a minority investment in the company, enabling them to bolster the senior leadership team and self-finance projects.
