If you frequently shop online, you’ve probably heard of the e-commerce site called Temu. The Chinese-owned marketplace isn’t exactly known for its quality, but you may be able to find some genuine items that rival Amazon prices.

According to ZDNET, Temu is the number one shopping app in Apple’s App Store and the Google Play store. The store offers almost everything you can think of, including clothing, bags, appliances, furniture, power tools and much more. Temu is a legitimate website, but some shoppers have said that the items they’ve ordered look different on the website or were lower quality than expected.

Amazon may soon be using supply-chain operations by directly shipping some off-brand items from China to the U.S., according to an Amazon presentation viewed by The Wall Street Journal. But right now, you may be able to find a much better deal by shopping through Temu.

Here are the best deals on legit items that are cheaper on Temu than on Amazon.

1. Infant Bamboo Sleepers

Bamboo sleepers aren’t cheap. Even on Amazon, this highly-rated Kyte zipper closure bamboo footies cost between $35 and $40 each. Temu sells a variety of similar bamboo sleepers for around $10 each, like this popular Miozing infant bamboo fiber sleeper with an all-over bear print.

In a video, YouTuber Filosophy purchased newborn bamboo sleepers from Temu and said the quality is comparable to that of more expensive brands you can find on Amazon.

2. Artificial Plants

Judging by the online photo alone, Temu and Amazon sell the same exact four-pack of fake potted plants. On Temu, the plants sell for $6.83 and for $9.99 on Amazon (originally priced at $14.99). However, YouTuber Oh!MGlashes reviewed both products and said Temu’s product was significantly smaller than Amazon’s. If you don’t mind the size difference, then Temu may be the better option.

3. Pencil Cases

It’s never too early to get a jump start on back-to-school shopping. Temu sells a variety of school and office supplies, including this pack of four zipper transparent pencil cases for $6.98. Amazon sells the same pack of cases for almost double the price at around $11.99. Reviews on Temu said the bags were better than expected, and you can use them for school supplies, makeup, sewing items or as a small travel bag.

4. Natural Wooden Hair Brush

Brushes are a frequently purchased item on Temu, and this natural bamboo hair brush is only $0.78 on Temu. The closest match on Amazon is $7.97. In a video review, YouTuber Jordan Budgets said the Temu brush is much smaller, but the one from Temu is well-made. Unless you have thicker hair, the Temu brush will work just as well as what you’d find on Amazon.

5. Phone Cases

Phone cases are another popular item on Temu; most cost under $5. This clear iPhone case is only $1.28 on Temu and has thousands of shopper reviews. Amazon also sells a variety of phone cases, but a similar case sells for $14.99 (originally priced at $18.99). Temu reviewers said the phone case was sturdy, fit the phone well and looked exactly as advertised.

6. Jar Opener

Temu and Amazon both sell a 4-in-1 universal jar opener. However, the item is listed on Temu for $1.99 and on Amazon for $9.99 (originally $19.98). Temu shoppers say this item works just how it’s supposed to and has become one of the most used items in the kitchen.

7. Vegetable Chopper

Temu sells a very similar multifunction vegetable chopper for $11.86 compared to the $19.99 (originally $29.99 ) veggie chopper on Amazon. YouTuber Oh!MGlashes purchased both items and tried both out on camera. She said the Temu version worked, but you need to push it a little bit harder to get the same results.

8. 40-Oz Insulated Travel Mug

Still looking for the perfect Stanley dupe? Temu sells a 40-ounce insulated travel mug with a handle, a leak-proof lid, a straw, and a stopper for $8.08. YouTuber Filosophy says this is the perfect affordable dupe and is nearly identical to the much more expensive Stanley tumbler. Similar items can be found on Amazon, such as this O’Jay insulated tumbler for $16.99 (originally $34.99).
