iSeeCars.com has rounded up the least expensive gasoline cars per 1,000 miles driven, and according to the site, “all of these cars cost less than $1,600 per 1,000 miles driven, or about one-third the average cost of an electric car and approximately half the price of the average gasoline or hybrid model.”
