Puppy Enjoys Minneapolis Snow During Cold Snap

A cold snap brought strong wind gusts and snow to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area on Sunday, December 5, producing black ice and hazardous driving conditions, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

An additional inch of snow was forecast for northern counties, along with wind gusts up to 45 mph, according to the NWS.
