Morgan Stanley warns Adobe’s growth is fairly priced into stock

BRIAN SOZZI: All right, before we head to break, let's pull up shares of Adobe on some cautious comments out of Morgan Stanley analyst Keith Weiss. Says Weiss, while the quality of the franchise and a 45% pullback in the PE multiple warrant interest, our view of organic low teens EPS growth going forward looks fairly priced in Adobe stock. Building a conviction in Figma's ability to accelerate overall company growth appears necessary to rewrite shares. Of course, Figma Adobe's recently very large acquisition.
