How to make Herbs de Provence at home

Thanks for watching Its Only Food w/Chef John Politte. In this video we are showing you how to make Herbs de Provence. Below is the real recipe (not the one in the video, the chef caught the mistake after editing): Ingredients • 2 Tablespoons rosemary • 2 Tablespoons fennel seed • 2 Tablespoon crushed thyme leaves • 2 Tablespoons crushed basil leaves • 2 Tablespoon savory • 1 Tablespoon tarragon • 1 Tablespoon lavender flowers • 1 Tablespoon chervil • 1 Tablespoon dill • 2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves • 1 teaspoon marjoram Mix well in a large bowl. Keep in airtight container out of the sunlight. Pulse or grind what you need for a recipe as needed to obtain the best flavor from this mixture. Makes 15 Tablespoons or about 1 cup. Enjoy!
