Chief Secretary, DGP attended Home Minister’s meeting, it shouldn’t be seen as political prism: Chhattisgarh CM

Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Sep 26 (ANI): In an address with media Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel cleared his absence in the 'Left-Wing Extremism' review meeting called by Union Home Minister Amit Shah held in Delhi on September 26. The Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Bihar, Telangana, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh attended the meeting. Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw, Giriraj Singh, MoS Home Nityanand Rai also attended the meeting. Chief Ministers briefed Home Minister about the current situation in their states. “Both Chief Secretary and Director General of Police (DGP) have attended the meeting. I had given my time for an event long before this meeting was called. Hence, it should not be seen through a political prism,” said Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh.
