Waystar Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: WAY), a provider of leading healthcare payment software, today announced that it has entered into an amendment to its first lien credit agreement (the "amended credit agreement") with its lenders to reprice term loans. Waystar Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
Waystar Holding Corp. ("Waystar") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 45,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21.50 per share. Waystar granted the underwriters in the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,750,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
