    Chevron Announces Agreement to Acquire PDC Energy

    SAN RAMON, Calif. and DENVER, Colo., May 22, 2023--Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with PDC Energy, Inc.
