Vail Resorts Closes on Acquisition of Crans-Montana Mountain Resort in Switzerland, the Company's Second Ski Resort in Europe

(NYSE: MTN) today closed on its purchase of Crans-Montana Mountain Resort, a renowned destination ski resort with a steep history as an outdoor sports haven in Switzerland and around the world. Vail Resorts Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced the pricing of its previously announced senior notes offering. The Company priced $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2032 at par (the "Notes"). The Notes offering is expected to close on May 8, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The Notes will be unsecured senior obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed by certain of the Company's domestic subsidiaries (other than certain excluded subsidiaries)
