At the end of the day, we are all just trying our best to make sound decisions with the hope that those decisions are correct and will lead to future wealth. To me, "future" is the key word here. No one can predict what is going to happen with KPLT moving forward. The price could wind up at $0 or it could wind up at $30 but the point is no one knows. Not me, not Zayas, not the hedge funds, nor any other little Johnny on this board knows where the stock price for KPLT will be in one year from now, two years, five years, etc. That is why, on days like today, you need to fall back to those sound decisions you made when first entering and find that conviction. For those that are newly looking into KPLT or maybe are on the fence of buying more/selling out, I will explain my decision and conviction in hopes that it may assist in making whatever choice best suits you. For starters, BNPL is an emerging industry which is picking up steam and is quickly becoming more popular/adopted by big players (PYPL, AMZN, SQ). The last time KPLT hit this low $3 area, insiders including the likes of CEO and CFO came out and bought several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of shares. Currently, MC for KPLT is $304 million and revenue for the 2021 fiscal year is projected at 309 million. Currently, the balance sheet is in good shape with cash of $100 million and no current debt. Currently, KPLT is projecting to end the year with several million dollars in net income. These are just to name a few. Again, I don’t know where the stock price is going. For example, I never thought we would return to all-time lows, especially on news that GO remained consistent with prior year and considering everyone is dealing with supply chain issues, a fact that company has been echoing for months as the reason 2021 has not been a great year for them. Do what works best for you but as the wolf of wall street once said: “I’m not effin leaving”.

again this sell off makes no sense. Revenues are flat so far for Q4 only off by 1.3 million but way up year over year at 270.2 million in 2021 vs 215.5 million in 2020. Even with supply chain issues and re-opening they are up year over year.. Look at the big picture people. For a period of 2 months they are down 1.3 million but they are up overall and meanwhile new merchants being added. 2x the amount of merchants year over year

CEO and CFO anticipate prime lender tightening coming soon and rejecting customers who will then be referred to Katapult (subprime) and subsequently bring a better consumer and more growth

Paypal saw use of its buy now, pay later option soar nearly 400% on Black Friday, CEO says. Considering AFRM is the largest BNPL in the US, it is no wonder KPLT insiders are buying and not selling stock. Look for robust numbers at the conference tonight.

I can almost guarantee you that the only people who sold AH were short term retail investors. The tutes and hedgies know the real value is in the long game.

BNPL is just starting to become mainstream. Pioneering change has never been easy but it can make the bold very rich. I feel like this is low risk high return as the company has been profitable since 2020 and has 100 million in cash. It's just being ignored as BNPL takes hold.

Katapult has been profitable since 2020 and has 100 million in cash no debt so I am buying with both hands. This is cheap because BNPL is just starting to become mainstream and the secondary tier of subprime lagging. Pioneering change has never been easy
