Chevron Reports First Quarter 2024 Results
SAN RAMON, Calif., April 26, 2024--Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) reported earnings of $5.5 billion ($2.97 per share - diluted) for first quarter 2024, compared with $6.6 billion ($3.46 per share - diluted) in first quarter 2023. Foreign currency effects increased earnings by $85 million. Adjusted earnings of $5.4 billion ($2.93 per share - diluted) in first quarter 2024 compared to adjusted earnings of $6.7 billion ($3.55 per share - diluted) in first quarter 2023.
