Blown away that CSSE is this low ! I'm i missing something ? Just from an acquisition this stock should be double ! I know im speaking to the wind since no-one follows CSSE but had to put that out there !
I've owned this stock since the IPO sold in the mid 30's and brought some back just to be honest.

CSSEP Preferred Stock: My gains for the 5,000 share purchased back in 2019 jumped $10,000 in the last fortnight. Actually, my cost basis dropped from 25.47 (March brokerage statement a bit more than 23 as of last week. After 1/2 hour on hold, TDA tax person told me they are changing qualified dividends to a reduced cost basis. I'm upset because I try really hard to get QDs close to 39K per year because of the current tax benefits and not the LTCG advantage in the next couple of years. It seems to me that the QDs are no longer sustainable and they must resort to this. For me, this is a red flag. Do any others who hold the preferred shares have any comments or concerns about this?

its because I bought at the $25 level where it had been for about a year and then it immediately went to $23 for the past few months. Now seems stuck even with all the good press.

CSSEN Vs CSSEP - thoughts? I own both and thinking about buying some more… Other than N being in a higher position, does it really matter all that much and should I just chase the higher yield?

Based on the earnings call it looks like next Q will be a breakout Q for CSSE—on revenue and cash flow (positive). If things go as management is pushing, CSSE should finally get the street cred we have been waiting for. Looking forward to seeing this move significantly higher in 2020.

I believe this company will be purchased by someone looking for content. Therefore, the stock price is irrelevant in the short term. It’s a long term hold in my portfolio. Waiting to get paid.

I, for one, am excited about CSSE. I am surprised there’s not more chatter.
