(NASDAQ: CHUY) today announced that the Board of Directors has determined that it is advisable and in the best interest of Chuy’s stockholders to postpone its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which was scheduled to be held on August 1, 2024, in light of the previously announced merger transaction with Darden Restaurants, Inc.
