Carrier AirAsia discloses new listing plans under $1.4 billion units merger
As part of the deals, long-haul airline AirAsia X will take over Capital A's aviation business and eventually create a new company thereby taking over the listing status of AirAsia X. Capital A's aviation business comprises airlines AirAsia Bhd and AirAsia Aviation Group.

Hotel101 to be first Philippine company to list in U.S. SINGAPORE/MANILA, April 8 (Reuters) - Philippine real estate firm DoubleDragon on Monday said subsidiary Hotel101 Global will list on the Nasdaq in the United States via a merger with special purpose acquisition company JVSPAC Acquisition Corp.
