The company offers tablet components, including ordinary and fast thyristors, high frequency and bidirectional thyristors, rectifier and fast recovery diodes, flat-panel power modules, and high-power ultra-high-speed semiconductor switch RSDs; power semiconductor modules, such as ordinary thyristor and rectifier, ordinary thyristor/rectifier hybrid, non-insulated thyristor and rectifier, non-insulated thyristor/rectifier hybrid, single-phase/three-phase rectifier bridge, and fast thyristor/rectifier modules, as well as MUR200 ultra-fast recovery diodes; and various radiator products. It also provides power components comprising single-phase full-bridge, three-phase full-bridge, six-phase bridge, dual three-phase bridge anti-parallel connection, high-voltage and pulse power, and non-standard power semiconductor components, as well as AC switches; and welding machine rectifier bridge products consisting of UDS three-phase and UDQ single-phase rectifier bridge products. The company was formerly known as Hubei TECH Semiconductors Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Tech Semiconductors Co., Ltd. in 2014.
