Angus started his career in fund management at JF Asset Management Ltd in Sydney in January 1997. He then moved to Hong Kong with JF Asset Management Ltd in April 1999 and became an Asia-Pacific Ex Japan fund manager. He managed the JF Eastern Smaller Companies Trust which was the best performing Asian small cap fund from 1999-2004 and the JF SAR Asia Funds in addition to a number of segregated mandates. In February 2005, Angus left JF Asset Management Ltd to set up Coupland Cardiff Asset Management LLP. He has managed the CC Asia Alpha Fund since 15th January 2016.
