Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi Attend the Wedding of Nina Flohr and Prince Philippos

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo ("Edo" as he's known to friends) Mapelli Mozzi ran in the same circles for years before they began dating. From there, things moved quickly and they announced their official engagement with breathtaking photos taken by Beatrice's always-supportive sister, Princess Eugenie. Beatrice and Edoardo were originally set to get married in London on May 29, 2020 (with a reception in the Buckingham Palace gardens), but the ongoing coronavirus pandemic put their plans on pause. Instead, the royal couple held a small, intimate wedding ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge in July of that year. Now, in the latest round of sweetly exciting news, they have welcomed their first child together—a baby girl. In celebration of their recent addition, we're taking a look back at photos of Beatrice and Edo's cutest moments.

Back in March of 2019, the couple made their first public appearance as a couple at the Portrait Gala, which raises money for the National Portrait Gallery's 'Inspiring People' project.

Edo opened the car door for Beatrice after they shared a meal together at 34 Restaurant in London.

The duo giggled as they walked into St. George's Chapel for Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston's wedding.

Edo looked lovingly at then-girlfriend Beatrice at the wedding. This came right after Edo accompanied Beatrice and her family on a trip during the Bahrain Grand Prix.

By the summer, things seemed to be getting series. Here, Beatrice and Edo were spotted on a night out at Annabel's in London.

The couple tied the knot with an intimate wedding ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge, after the coronavirus pandemic put their original wedding plans on pause. The royal wedding was said to have had a “secret garden” theme. Princess Beatrice wore Queen Mary’s diamond fringe tiara and a vintage wedding dress by famed fashion designer Norman Hartness, both of which were on loan to her by the Queen.

For their surprise nuptials, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were joined by the bride’s grandparents, Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh, Mapelli Mozzi’s parents, and their siblings. Mapelli Mozzi’s son Wolfie served as the best man and page boy.

After announcing in May that they would be expecting an autumn arrival, in September 2021, Beatrice and Edo welcomed their first child together—a baby girl.

While no new photos of the couple or their baby have been shared yet, the entire royal family is reportedly "delighted" at the happy news.
