Tiong Seng Holdings Secures Contract Worth $277.3 Million

Shares Investment

Tiong Seng Holdings’ wholly-own subsidiary, Tiong Seng Contractors, has secured a $277.3 million contract from JTC Corporation.

The contract involves the construction of two blocks of 10-storey, three blocks of 9-storey multiple-user general industrial factory with a secondary workers’ dormitory and a vehicle parking facility and commercial uses at Tuas Avenue 1.

Construction is expected to commence in July 2015.
