Tembusu buys 1.15 mil shares in SATS, bringing stake up to 40.06%

The fund manager, already a substantial shareholder in SATS, paid a total of $3.28 million or $2.8485 per share.

Tembusu Capital purchased another 1,150,800 shares in SATS S58 via the market on Feb 6.

The fund manager, already a substantial shareholder in SATS, paid a total of $3.28 million or $2.8485 per share.

Following the purchase, Tembusu’s stake in SATS is now at 40.06% from 39.99% previously, according to a filing on Feb 13.

Shares in SATS closed 2 cents higher or 0.74% up at $2.74 on Feb 13.
