Temasek proposes maiden retail bond offer with planned issue of 5-year notes

SINGAPORE (Oct 16): Temasek Holdings is proposing to offer a new 5-year Singapore dollar bond, which will be open to retail investors for the first time.

The proposed T2023-S$ Temasek Bond, which is intended to be listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), will be issued in denominations of $1,000. The issue price of the T2023-S$ Temasek Bond will be $1,000.

A bookbuilding process with institutional, accredited and other specified investors will commence shortly, with an initial interest rate guidance of 2.74% area per annum. The proposed offer includes a placement to institutional, accredited and other specified investors, and a public offer tranche that will be open to retail investors in Singapore.
