Stocks mixed as investors prep for Fed meeting news

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are mixed as investors await news from the Federal Reserve. The energy (XLE) sector is most in the green, and the consumer staples (XLP) sector is most in the red.
