St Martin’s Place in Birmingham 95% sold

UK property developer SevenCapital has sold 95% of its flagship Birmingham city centre development, St Martin’s Place, a year after launching the project for sale off-plan. The project is currently being constructed, with completion expected next year.

Located between Broad Street and Tennant Street, near the Five Ways area of the city, the project is adjacent to Park Regis Hotel, and neighbours the city’s business and financial district, Calthorpe Estate. The development comprises 228 luxury one- to three-bedroom apartments. It will be the first project in the city that extends the hotel’s room service, housekeeping and laundry services to residents.

This is in addition to the development’s own amenities, including a gym, WiFi lounge and private cinema, and a courtyard garden sitting at podium level in the centre of the development.

“This city is truly world-class, which has been proven by its recent coup of being chosen as host city for the 2022 Commonwealth Games – which future residents of St Martin’s Place will be perfectly placed to enjoy,” says Andy Foote, director of SevenCapital.

He adds: “As the city continues to develop, with so much still in the pipeline, it will continue to attract people looking to make Birmingham their home. It’s a very exciting time.”
