Soilbuild Construction Group Wins $16.4 Million Industrial Development Contract

Soilbuild Construction Group has announced that it has been awarded with a $16.4 million contract by KH Roberts, to construct a single-user food industrial development at Buroh Lane.

The development will comprise a block of 2-storey factory building and a block of 3-storey building for ancillary uses for KH Roberts, one of the pioneer flavor and fragrance manufacturers in Singapore.

The development project is expected to commence in November 2015 and be completed within 13 months. The project is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015.
