The model, 25, cradled her baby bump as she attended the Warner Music Group pre-2024 Grammy Awards party held at Citizen News in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
Richie, who attended the star-studded event with her husband Elliot Grainge, showed off her growing bump in an off-the-shoulder black top, matching pants and slingback black heels.
She added a pair of black and gold statement earrings and wore her hair tied up in a chic style with a middle part.

Richie's appearance came after she confirmed she was expecting her first child with husband Grainge, 30, whom she tied the knot with in April 2023.
On Sunday, Richie posted a video on TikTok that captured the emotional moment the couple had learned they have a baby girl on the way.

The model let out a huge scream as the popper released pink smoke and confetti into the air.
"Sorry to all my neighbors for the horrifying scream 😅," Richie joked in the post's caption.
Richie and Grainge had first announced they were expecting a baby together in a Vogue shoot published last week.
"She’s growing pretty fast, so [the due date] is a bit up in the air,” Richie told the publication of the pregnancy.

"She left out the one with the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together," she continued. "We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl too."
"I think it’s so typical for boys to want boys, but he has a lot of sisters. It was really sweet. He’s very sensitive," Richie said of Grainge.
The couple announced their engagement on Instagram in April 2022, before they tied the knot in the South of France in April the following year.
Richie previously shared two photos of the romantic proposal; one showing Grainge getting down on one knee surrounded by candles and another of the pair sharing a passionate kiss.
"Forever isn't long enough @elliot," she captioned the post.
