Singtel expands data roaming service to 26 countries

Singtel expands data roaming service to 26 countries

The 1GB for 30 days bundle will be for $35.

Telco giant Singtel has expanded the coverage of ReadyRoam, its data roaming services, to 26 countries across Asia, Europe, USA, and Canada.

ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days will be available for 26 countries at $35 and $20 for 11 countries.

Singtel mobile marketing & consumer vice president Diana Chen said ReadyRoam is one of the best roaming plans, ideal for travellers who want to stay connected while travelling across countries.

“It’s the holiday season and many of our customers and their families will be travelling. Our enhanced ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days will allow them the convenience of remaining contactable via their Singtel SIM card number while roaming seamlessly across multiple destinations," she noted.

Postpaid customers will be able to subscribe to the data service up to seven days in advance through My Singtel app.

"ReadyRoam customers will be able to enjoy data services with peace of mind, as subsequent data roaming rates are only S$0.019/MB or S$0.034/MB depending on their plan," Singtel explained.
