Singapore's first hotel-inspired EC to open for application

By Romesh Navaratnarajah:Touted as the first hotel-inspired executive condominium (EC) in Singapore, the 514-unit CityLife@Tampines (pictured) will open for E-Applications on November 29 at its sales gallery along Tampines Avenue 7.

Located in the heart of bustling Tampines Regional Centre, the upmarket project will comprise two- to five-bedders, dual-key, Skysuite and penthouse units. It's being developed by Tampines EC Pte Ltd, a consortium comprising Amara Holdings Limited, SingXpress Land Ltd and Kay Lim Holdings Pte Ltd.

"CityLife@Tampines will bring EC living to a whole new level: a covetable cross between luxury-hotel dwelling and the cosy comforts of home. EC home buyers can expect hotel-inspired facilities, styling, ambiance and services," said Albert Teo, CEO of Amara Holdings.

Among the hotel-inspired design features will be a Home Concierge Service, resort-style landscaping, 100-m infinity pool, complimentary Wi-Fi at common areas, complimentary fibre broadband service to all households and designer fittings and appliances.

In addition, the development will offer the only Presidential Penthouse Suite at over 4,000 sq ft, believed to be the largest EC unit in the country. Meanwhile, the four- and five bedroom Skysuites will include a wrap-around open terrace.

"EC home buyers today are characterised by a sophisticated home taste and certain degree of affluence. As such, we believe that our luxury hotel-inspired EC homes within the dynamic city of Tampines will appeal to them," Teo said. Romesh Navaratnarajah, Senior Editor of PropertyGuru, wrote this story.
