Singapore employers see 4.5% pay rise for 2013

The increase is amongst the lowest in Asia.

According to the latest Salary Trends Survey from ECA International, Singapore employers are predicting a 4.5% salary increase in 2013. The survey was based on information collected from 322 MNCs across 65 companies.

In Singapore, 115 companies participated in the survey. Compared to other countries in the region, Singapore's 4.5% is the same as Hong Kong's 4.5% but lower than China’s 8.5%.
