"We are extending our capabilities into new markets and look forward to Kwok leading the way."

"SERUS' solutions focus on granular details and quality data in a way that I have never seen before, and the results truly support better decision making for managing the extended supply chain, from operations to finance to product engineering," said Poon. "I am excited to apply my knowledge and experience in the supply chain solutions space to form the blueprint for the next generation of SERUS' products."

Kwok joins SERUS from e2Open, where he spent nine years in various positions, most recently as senior director of solutions. Previously, he was with JDA Technologies (formerly i2 Technologies), where he co-founded the China regional office. Kwok has a Masters Degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
