SP, Brazil (AP) _ Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo (SBS) on Friday reported fourth-quarter profit of $366.4 million.

The Sp, Brazil-based company said it had profit of 54 cents per share.

The waste management company posted revenue of $1.14 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $818.4 million, or $1.20 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.37 billion.

Sabesp shares have declined 47% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 25% in the last 12 months.
