Residential price index creeps up by 0.4% in May
The price index for non-central residential units down 0.3%.
The latest figures from the National University of Singapore (NUS) revealed that the residential price index was down 0.4% in the past month.
This is compared to the 0.8% decline in the price index during the preceding month.
Index for central units, excluding small units, were up 1.3%, whilst non-central ones were down by 0.3%.
Overall, the price index for small units dropped 1.3%.
