RBB: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

LOS ANGELES (AP) _ RBB Bancorp (RBB) on Monday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $11.1 million.

The bank, based in Los Angeles, said it had earnings of 56 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $40.4 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $33.4 million, which topped Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $32.9 million, or $1.65 per share. Revenue was reported as $118.8 million.

RBB shares have climbed 16% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $17.86, a decline of 12% in the last 12 months.
