The Times

- European private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, has announced plans to list in Amsterdam at a valuation of up to 15 billion euros ($15.93 billion) in a further blow to the London stock market.

- Troubled water company Thames Water must present its plans to Ofwat before the regulator's publication on June 12 of its draft determinations that set out what households will pay in water bills through to 2030.

- Blackstone Group is to buy site in north-east England previously owned by the Britishvolt for 110 million pounds ($136.76 million), to build one of Europe's largest data centres.

- EasyJet cancels flights to and from Tel Aviv until Sunday, while Wizz Air said it will resume flights on Tuesday after cancelling services from Saturday to Monday, after Iran attack on Israel
