SingHaiyi Group’s twin residential developments – The Gazania and The Lilium – received robust interest during their preview over the recent long weekend with more than 2,000 people visiting their showflats.

SingHaiyi group managing director Celine Tang noted that about two-thirds of the 2,000 visitors had made prior appointments with agents for their visits, while the rest were walk-in visitors.

She also revealed that the two developments will be officially launched on 1 May.

“With their freehold land titles, convenient location and quality finishing, we believe the developments present an attractive proposition for upgraders, families and investors,” she said.

Situated near Bartley MRT station, the freehold developments are a short drive to the city centre, central business district, the Orchard Road shopping belt and the Paya Lebar Master Plan Growth Area.

They are also close to Nex, Singapore’s largest suburban shopping mall, and the upcoming Bidadari New Town.

Featuring a wide selection of unit types, The Gazania offers one- to four-bedroom units, with distinctions between the two-bedroom study, three-bedroom compact, three-bedroom premium or four-bedroom maisonette as well as penthouse units.

Located at 16 Tai Seng Street, the showflats are open between 11.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays, and 10.00am to 8.00pm on weekends and public holidays.
