One Holland Village Residences sees nearly one-third of total units sold on launch weekend

One Holland Village Residences, located within District 10’s Holland Village lifestyle precinct, received robust interest during its sales launch over the weekend, with 92 out of the 296 residential units sold as of 6pm on 1 December 2019.

One Holland Village Residences is the residential component of a larger mixed-use development, which includes retail and serviced apartments. The project is jointly developed by venture partners Far East Organization, Sino Group and Sekisui House Limited.

The residential component of the redevelopment comprises three distinct offerings spread across three separate apartment blocks: Sereen, a 34-storey tower with 248 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments; Leven, a three-storey tower with 21 units of two-bedroom apartments; and Quincy Private Residences, 27 units of luxury apartments at the top eight levels of a 28-storey tower that comes with private lift access and concierge services.

Developer Far East Organization revealed that one- and two-bedroom units from Sereen emerged as the most popular units. The average transacted price for Sereen was $2,600 psf, $2,900 psf for Leven and $3,200 for Quincy Private Residences.

“We are very encouraged by the strong response to One Holland Village Residences. The keen interest from homebuyers who hail from all parts of Singapore is a testament to the development’s broad appeal, and we can truly see how much people value the opportunity to live in one of Singapore’s most endearing and charming neighbourhoods,” said Cheryl Huan, chief operating officer of Far East Organization’s sales and leasing group.

“Holland Village is a special place for many. Since the inception of the project, we have taken care to put forth a development that will preserve the unique character of Holland Village, which is characterised by quaint shophouses and streetscapes, an eclectic charm and a laidback ambience. At the same time, we do want to bring value to the larger precinct by introducing new-to-market retail brands and concepts, and bringing in a new demographic of commercial tenants.”

Notably, ninety percent of buyers at the launch weekend were locals, with the rest accounted for by permanent residents and foreigners from countries such as South Korea, USA and Norway. Interestingly, Far East noted that just under half of the buyers were those who were already living in Districts 10 and 11.

One Holland Village will also feature retail and office spaces. Some of the confirmed tenants include Cold Storage supermarket, Guardian Pharmacy, urban Japanese joint Kinki Restaurant + Bar and steakhouse.

One Holland Village Residences is expected to be completed by end-2024.
