Omesti Group Wins RM17 Million Contract From Companies Commission Of Malaysia

• Omesti Group’s 51 percent-owned subsidiary Formis Network Services has been awarded a RM17 million contract from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) to develop an online platform which allows companies to file annual returns and audited accounts electronically.

• The new system will automate the process of data collection, transform the submission of statutory reports by registered entities and enable data consumers to analyse company information.

• The new platform will allow SSM to capture critical financial information and other key data from registered companies, to provide analytical insights into the Malaysian business landscape.

Significance: The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2017, and includes the supply, implementation, training, support and maintenance of the SSM online submission system.
