OFG Bancorp Announces New $50 Million Share Repurchase Plan

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, January 31, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OFG Bancorp (NYSE: OFG) today announced its Board of Directors approved a new $50 million stock repurchase authorization plan as part of OFG’s capital actions. The new plan, which is open-ended, replaces the prior one, which had $17.2 million remaining authorization.
