Nio Inc delivers 12,961 vehicles in June, up 60.3% y-o-y

Cumulatively, Nio delivered 217,897 vehicles as at June 30.

Nio Inc announced that it has delivered 12,961 vehicles in June, which represents an increase of 60.3% year-on-year (y-o-y).

The deliveries comprise 8,612 premium smart electric SUVs, including 1,684 ES8s, 5,100 ES6s and 1,828 EC6s, and 4,349 ET7s, the company’s flagship premium smart electric sedan.

During the 2QFY2022, Nio saw a 14.4% y-o-y increase in the number of vehicles delivered to 25,059.

Cumulatively, Nio delivered 217,897 vehicles as at June 30.

Nio had, on June 15, unveiled its new mid-large five-seater smart electric SUV, the ES7. The company expects to deliver the ES7 and the 2022 ES8, ES6 and EC6 in August.

Shares in Nio closed 8 US cents higher or 0.367% up at US$21.90 ($30.46) on July 1.
