SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ MoSys Inc. (MOSY) on Wednesday reported a loss of $9.3 million in its fourth quarter.

The San Jose, California-based company said it had a loss of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and stock option expense, came to 2 cents per share.

The semiconductor technology company posted revenue of $3.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $11.4 million, or 65 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $16.6 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit 20 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.50.
