It's the second grandchild for the Basic Instinct actor as Cameron and Viviane also have a three-year-old daughter, Lua.
Cameron announced his son's birth on the social media platform last month in a family snap, which he captioned: "Touch down planet earth 🌎 Welcome my Son...Ryder T. Douglas 🦋."
At the time, his father congratulated him, as did stepmother Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The 40-year-old has battled drug addiction in the past and spent almost eight years in prison for possession and dealing.
Back in 2019, Michael said he was "so proud" of his son for overcoming his struggles after fearing he would lose him to addiction.
Cameron's mother is Michael's first wife Diandra Luker, and he shares two half siblings from his father's marriage to Chicago star Zeta-Jones.
Michael and Zeta-Jones have one son, Dylan, 20, and a daughter, Carys, 17.
