Marin Software: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Marin Software Inc. (MRIN) on Thursday reported a loss of $2.5 million in its fourth quarter.

The San Francisco-based company said it had a loss of 29 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 22 cents per share.

The cloud-based digital advertising management company posted revenue of $7.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $14.1 million, or $1.91 per share. Revenue was reported as $30 million.

For the current quarter ending in April, Marin Software said it expects revenue in the range of $5.5 million to $6 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $2.33. A year ago, they were trading at $1.39.
