Luxury Dubai beachfront apartments Orla launched for sale

Middle East luxury real estate developer Omniyat has launched Orla, a luxury residential development in Dubai.

Orla is a beachfront luxury development in the Palm Jumeirah crescent, a stretch of luxury residences, hotels, and beach clubs. Renowned architect firm Foster + Partners designed the new residential project, which will be managed by the luxury hospitality brand Dorchester Collection.

Orla is a signature property that represents the epitome of style and will set the new standards for uber luxury real estate, says Mahdi Amjad, founder and executive chairman of Omniyat.

Orla is the fourth Omniyat development in Dubai to be managed by Dorchester Collection. “Orla will be an iconic landmark with Dorchester Collection’s renowned hospitality offering,” says Christopher Cowdray, CEO of Dorchester Collection.

The 312,040 sq ft development boasts 270-degree views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The 86-unit project comprises two- to four-bedroom residences, three sky palaces, and a mansion. Each unit features oversized terraces, double-height ceilings of up to 6m, and upmarket European appliances.

Amenities within the project include a private, resident-only beach club; a large infinity, temperature-controlled outdoor pool; a private cinema; a state-of-the-art fitness centre; a business centre with two meeting rooms, a boardroom and a multi-functional events space; and library and cigar lounges.
