Japanese condo project to launch in Singapore

By Cheryl Tay:

Tokyo's Parkhouse Shinjuku project (pictured) by Mitsubishi Jisho Residence (MJR) will be launched in Singapore, with the Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) International Project Sales team (Singapore) led by Doris Tan as its exclusive marketing agent.

The project exhibition will be held at Conrad Centennial Singapore from 16 to 18 November.

Shuichi Nishimura, Head of Sales Group at MJR, said, "The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower is a unique opportunity to invest in one of the greatest newly built residential developments within a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station."

The condo project is a towering contemporary architectural wonder, offering one- to three-bedroom units from the second to 20th levels. It also features breath-taking views and an impressive range of lifestyle facilities, he noted.

Doris Tan, Head of Residential International Projects at JLL, commented: "I am indeed very excited about the launch of The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower in Singapore."

"To date Japan has only sold domestically and not internationally and there has been no chance for individuals to invest unless for large commercial building(s). We are therefore bringing this investment opportunity to investors in Singapore who are keen to add to their existing portfolio of overseas properties," added Tan.

The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower is a mixed-use project offering a host of amenities, including a café, medical clinic and supermarkets. Residents will be able to enjoy an exclusive array of features such as a party salon, grand lobby and guest suite room facilities.

Located in Shinjuku, a major administrative and commercial centre in Japan, the property is close to shopping malls, pubs, night life and office buildings, as well as excellent transportation facilities.
