Issue 11 of The PropertyGuru newspaper out tomorrow
By Romesh Navaratnarajah:The 11th issue of The PropertyGuru, Singapore's only dedicated property newspaper hits the streets tomorrow.
The latest edition, which is distributed across 513 key locations island-wide, features an extensive report on why so many Singaporeans are asset-rich but cash-poor.
There's also an update on Singapore's private property market which has seen a slight decline in prices, a first since 2009 and we look at what this means for the sector moving forward.
For house hunters in Singapore looking for an overseas abode, but don't know where to start, there's a two-page spread on some recent overseas property launches from Malaysia, Australia, the UK and the Philippines.
For all these and more, don't forget to pick up a copy of The PropertyGuru newspaper from MRT vicinities within the CBD and HDB estates, as well as eating establishments, social and country clubs, private medical institutions, automobile showrooms and selected petrol kiosks.
Alternatively, you can download the digital version at www.propertyguru.com.sg/newspaper or you can subscribe to have a copy delivered to your home. To subscribe, please email to subscription-tpg@allproperty.com.sg.
