Transfer from Catalist to support "next stage of growth".

In a release, Singapore Exchange (SGX) announced that Interra Resources Limited will join the Mainboard under the stock code, “5GI”.

Mr Marcel Tjia, Chief Executive Officer of Interra Resources Limited, said: “The transfer to the Mainboard takes place at an exciting time. From the perspective of our business operations, Interra Resources has commenced drilling new wells in Indonesia and Myanmar. This is a progression to the next stage of our growth, which mirrors the transfer of the listing as it will open new opportunities, including attracting a wider scope of institutional investors.”

Mr Lawrence Wong, Head of Listings at SGX, said: “We are pleased to welcome Interra Resources to the Mainboard and look forward to them leveraging on this new platform just as they have done on Catalist. I look forward to their growth with their venture in Myanmar, which will contribute to the strength of our Oil & Gas sector, a key component on our exchange.
