HK Actor Eric Tsang Snaps A Home In M Vertica

Hong Kong actor Eric Tsang, who serves as Mah Sing Group Bhd’s brand ambassador, has acquired a house at M Vertica in Cheras.

Best known for starring in Hong Kong movies such as Internal Affairs as well as for hosting the Super Trio series, Tsang revealed that he has visited Malaysia numerous times and he had felt right at home due to the warmth of Malaysians, reported The Edge.

“I am very much convinced and confident in this sustainable property development brand name in Malaysia,” he said.

Tsang first visited Mah Sing’s headquarters and some of its developments in September 2019. These include M City in Jalan Ampang, Icon Residence in Mont Kiara, Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu and M Vertica sales gallery.

The property developer shared that Tsang was impressed with “Malaysia’s infrastructure and accessibility, especially Mah Sing’s development in Cheras — M Vertica, due to its strategic location, the extensiveness of the development facilities and nearby amenities”.

“(This) is a testament that Mah Sing’s products are in line with the needs and wants of the foreign buyers similar to how strong we are locally,” said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

Spanning 4.5 acres, mixed development M Vertica posted 85% take-up rate from its three towers that were launched earlier. Recently, the group launched Tower D.
